Johnson's On The Water Staff

Mike is a Park Rapids native that started Johnson's On The Water in 2004 by doing "On The Water Service" from his house. He has now grown the business that serves many of the Heart of Lakes Country residents. He has been a Mercury Certified Mechanic since 1991. Mike also has four kids that he loves spending time with. His hobbies include fishing and hunting.

Julie has worked for Johnson's since 2008 as the Office Manager. She brings many years of adminstrative and customer service experience. Julie enjoys spending time with family and being in the boat with Mike and Skeet.

Tiffany is the newest member of Johnson's On The Water starting in September 2023. She is new to the Park Rapids area and also new to the boat industry but is very eager to learn new things and is settling in well here. She has many years of customer service. In her down time she enjoys foraging, gardening, camping, fishing, hunting and most importantly, spending time with her fiancé and children. 

Dave brings many years of customer and sales experience to Johnson's as he spent many years in the car business. On his days Dave loves to spend time fishing and with his family.

Karen is a military veteran and has worked for Johnson's since 2010 as the finance manager. On her days off she loves to crafts and spend time with her grand babies.

Lowell became our Parts Manager in the Spring of 2021 after being a Service Technician for over 22 years for C&C Boat Works. He brings many years of service experience and is a Mercury Certified Technician since 2015. Lowell spends his spare time working with his 39 horses and spending time with his family.

Bryce is a Park Rapids Native that has worked for Johnson's since 2007 as a techincian. He has been a Mercury Certified Technician since 2015 and brings many years of service experience. Bryce enjoys spending time with his family and the outdoors on his free time.

Kyle has worked for Johnson's since 2016 right out of high school. He is a graduate of the Detroit Lakes Powersports program and is a Mercury Certifed Technician! Kyle's hobbies include fixing anything with a motor as well as racing Classic Race Boats.

Rylee is the newest member of the Johnson's On the Water team as he started in May of 2022. Prior to Johnson's Rylee has worked for Commuincation companies as a technician but has always wanted to become a Marine Techician. Currently he is working towards getting certified through Mercury. When not at work Rylee enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys along with competing in Demolision Derby's, hunting and fishing.

Terry is a Park Rapids Native and has worked for Johnson's since 2004 but has also done Taxidermy on the side. He enjoys spending his free time taking Veterans on hunting trips as well as hunting and fishing himself and spending quality time with his family.

Noal started at Johnson's the Spring of 2021 and brings many years of work experience to Johnson's. He enjoys spending time with his family on his spare time.

Skeet is the Mike and Julie's Yellow Lab that has been a coming to the business dog since he was a pup! He also loves to catch fish and retrieve birds!
